Quicker to deploy
One platform to commission instead of two to integrate. Build and test the site in software before the field hardware is touched.
WaveFusion brings access control, video and automation into one browser-based platform, built on the HID/Mercury hardware your customers already own. Less to join up, less to support, more of your time on billable work.

Every integrated stack leaves you holding the joins: the scoping, the testing, the re-testing after each update and the call to work out whose problem it is. WaveFusion is built as one system from the start.
Each feature, followed by what it means on your next install.
One platform to commission instead of two to integrate. Build and test the site in software before the field hardware is touched.
One browser-based interface and one training path. Engineers and operators learn a single platform instead of one per discipline.
Mercury is one of the largest installed bases in the industry. Keep the controllers, add WaveFusion and bring the next layer onto the same platform.
Customers unhappy with their current supplier can move to WaveFusion without replacing their cameras and controllers.
Pull exactly the data you need. Door events, occupancy and alarm statistics can flow into BI, building management and HR systems.
One support line, one SLA and one roadmap. When something needs fixing on site, there is one vendor to call.
Licensed per camera and per reader, with no operator seat costs. Quote the whole platform in one conversation.
Fewer integration hours, less training, fewer upgrade failures and reused hardware add up to one cost story to tell.
Integration troubleshooting is often time you cannot bill for. A unified platform reduces it and puts those hours back into projects you can.
WaveFusion is built on proven HID/Mercury controllers, the hardware your team already knows. A controller-only upgrade path means Mercury EP and LP boards stay where you fitted them.
The first question from a customer is always what happens when connectivity drops. Access decisions are made at the controller, so doors keep working through WAN, internet or cloud outages, and the platform re-syncs on its own when the connection returns.
Devices and sensors, from cameras to door readers, send real-time events to the platform.
Identity, event and video data are processed together to create full situational context.
The policy and automation engine runs pre-defined actions, or presents clear options to the operator, in the same interface.
There is no translation layer and no version dependency between subsystems, and the site can be configured digitally before hardware is touched. That leaves your hours for the work customers pay for.

Access control is standardised on HID/Mercury, including a controller-only upgrade path for Mercury EP and LP boards. At the video layer WaveFusion is manufacturer-agnostic and supports ONVIF-compliant cameras. Send us your camera and controller models and we will confirm in writing what works before you commit to anything.
Doors keep working. Access decisions are made locally at the controller, with no manual intervention needed when connectivity returns. The cloud platform runs on AWS Multi-AZ architecture with a 99.9% uptime SLA.
It is a subscription priced per camera and per reader, not per operator seat. Adding operators, control rooms or sites does not add licence cost for users.
Video stays on the customer’s own infrastructure at the edge. Metadata, control signals and configuration sync to the cloud for management and remote access, with AWS regional hosting for data residency.
If they already use Mercury hardware, the controllers and readers stay in place. For other infrastructure, our technical team carries out a site assessment and provides a phased migration plan designed to minimise disruption.
WaveFusion has an open integration framework with a GraphQL API and webhooks. Building management, HR and visitor management integrations are on the platform roadmap, as well as synchronisation with Active Directory and LDAP. Tell us what your customers need and we will talk it through.
Guided onboarding with our technical team is available with every deployment, and ongoing support comes directly from Wavestore’s engineering team.
Book a live demo with the Wavestore team, or send us a customer’s camera and controller models and we will check compatibility for you.
