• Rate: One night (specified above) covered by Wavestore (additional nights at your own expense)
• Availability: The complimentary night is only available to the first 50 registrants.

• Limited Availability: Complimentary nights are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and limited to the first 50 registrants.
• Residency Requirement: This offer is only available to attendees who do not reside in Ottawa.
• Credit Card Requirement:  A credit card is required to secure your booking. If you are staying for one night, the cost is fully covered. Your card will not be charged unless you incur incidentals or book additional nights.
• No-Show Policy: If you book a complimentary room but do not check in, your card will be charged for the full night’s stay.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please refer to the terms of the booking link that will be provided.
