Training Courses

Wavestore has a reputation for manufacturing easy to configure and operate digital video recording solutions. We recognise however that training is an important part of the formula which will ensure customers achieve the maximum return on their investment in a Wavestore video solution.

We will be conducting training courses and webinars during 2011 and beyond to ensure that installers, system integrators, OEMs, consultants and end-users can take full advantage of the benefits of the Wavestore open platform video recording solution.

The free training courses, which will take place at Wavestore’s head office in Hayes, West London, are open to both potential and existing Wavestore customers. There will also be the opportunity to participate in a series of Webinars for those unable to attend any of the training courses in person.

The content of the training courses will vary depending on the interest of the attendees. The courses for installers, for example, will concentrate on system design and commissioning issues, whilst end-users will be given a comprehensive insight into how best utilise the innovative features of the latest version of our scalable and upgradeable DVR software solutions.

One of the key aspects of the training courses and webinars will be to provide information on how an open platform philosophy enables Wavestore to work closely with third party technology to incorporate video analytics, motion detection, license plate recognition, facial recognition, abandoned object and intruder detection, people counting, queue management, perimeter security detection and traffic monitoring solutions, to deliver integrated digital recording solutions.
