Wavestore solutions are available in Digital Video Recorder (DVR), Network Video Recorder (NVR) and Hybrid Video Recorder (HVR or hDVR) options. Our DVR recorders can be easily expanded to an HVR capability, enabling you to add to your existing analogues CCTV cameras system the powerful IP and megapixel cameras, without the need to discharge your old analogue cameras and cabling. All our DVR recorders can also be upgrade "in the field" simply and quickly by upgrading the system license.
- Digital Video Recorder (DVR): able to record from 4 to 32 analogue video inputs (NTSC or PAL format), using H.264 compression technologies;
- Network Video Recorder (NVR): able to record from 1 to 64 network (IP, megapixel, 360 degree) cameras, using H.264, M-JPEG, MPEG-4 and MxPEG Codecs;
- Hybrid Video Recorded (HVR or hDVR): able to record up to 32 analogue and up to 32 network cameras concurrently, using combinations of compression formats.
Wavestore is able to support on the same CCTV system ‘000s cameras, with a combination of compression formats (H.264, M-JPEG, MPEG-4, MxPEG), including analogue, IP, megapixel, HDcctv, HD, panoramic, 360 degree, PTZ, wireless, infra-red, night vision and intelligent cameras. The scalability of Wavestore DVR recorders enables you to expand your system simply adding new cameras, by configuring a server group or by upgrading the operating license at any time, without the need for remote validation or even a site visit. Wavestore products can also be integrated with external storage solutions using either the iSCSI interface or a dedicated SCSI controller, to create large storage solutions able to support months of recorded video images. The powerful search capability delivered by Wavestore DVR recorders will locate specific video images instantaneously, thanks to our proprietary LASS storage protocol. Whichever solution fulfils your security requirements; whether DVR, NVR or HVR, the functions and features provided by Wavestore have in common the same flexible, expandable and upgradable DVR software.
