Wavestore enables a wide range of camera technologies to be recorded simultaneously. In addition audio inputs can be recorded and linked to a specific camera input.
Analogue, IP and megapixel cameras from the industries manufacturers are supported.
IP and megapixel cameras can be recorded in M-JPEG, MxPEG, MPEG-4 or H.264 protocols. (The Wavestore design can record from multiple cameras, each using a differnt protocol).
The details below define the analogue camera recording capability which is available either as Wavelet of H.264 compression technologies.
- Wavelet compression for analogue inputs – image by image capture and storage
- Simultaneously record, playback, archive, search and transmit
- 3 recording sections:– Prime, TimeLapse, Alarm (provides internal mirroring)
- PAL and NTSC standards supported
- Selectable resolutions per recording section:
Full (720 x 576), CIF (360 x 288), QCIF (180 x 144) in PAL
Full (704 x 485), CIF (352 x 240), QCIF (176 x 120) in NTSC
- Variable recording rate by camera & section:
- Up to 50 pps per input, total of 800 pps per Wavestore (PAL)
- Up to 60 pps per input, total of 960 pps per Wavestore (NTSC)
- Large interval time-lapse recording
- Mix of different hardware for tailored system – inputs, recording rates, storage time
- Variable compression ratio (per camera in selected models)
- Variable disk allocations for each camera and section
- Auto delete when disk full
- Auto delete by time
- Scheduled recording; assignable to recording per camera per section
